The budget varies from project to project and is entirely dependent on your needs and decisions. Choosing materials based on your budget can result in significant cost savings. For a 1 BHK flat, the interior design cost starts from ₹1,95,000. For a 2 BHK, it starts from ₹2,25,000, and for a 3 BHK, from ₹2,75,000. Exclusive of 18% GST.

Please find below our approximate design and consultancy fees for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes for economical budget. Design and consultancy fees would vary for combo and premium budgets. For sites out of Maharashtra Client needs to arrange for a to and fro air-travel (Ticket booking) and accommodation for the Life2home executive as well as principle architects for on-site visit. Client may opt for an option to get the material selection done in Pune, also. Outstation projects within maharashtra will be charged extra as per distance of site for onsite visits of Life2home Executive as well as principal architect

Terms and Conditions

1. GST Exclusive @18% on base price:
   • All prices listed are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% on the base price. GST will be charged additionally.
2. Kindly note that all advance payments or one-time payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. The design fee does not include washrooms. A separate charge of Rs 25,000 will apply for the design of each washroom.
4. The listed fees are applicable only for sites within Pune and PCMC area.
5. Travel & Accommodation (For Projects Outside Pune):
   • For projects located outside Pune, the to and fro airfare and accommodation costs for the design team and Principal Designers will be borne by the client. All arrangements can either be made directly by the client or reimbursed as per actuals upon submission of valid invoices.
6. Delays Due to Seasonal Factors:
   • Delays in interior work may occur during Diwali, April, and May due to vendor employee shortages. Clients are advised to prioritize vendor selection during these months as delays may impact project timelines. Our company cannot be held liable for these delays. Your understanding is appreciated.
7. Vendor Payment and Project Timelines:
   • For projects registered under urgency, note that non-payment to vendors on time may result in project timeline delays. Life2home does not take responsibility for project timelines if vendor payments are delayed. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, we recommend clients adhere to payment schedules recommended by Life2home. Once payments to vendors are cleared, Life2home will assume responsibility for ensuring work completion.
8. Project Timelines and Society Rules:
   • Project timelines may be extended due to societal rules regarding working hours. Some societies strictly enforce work hours from 10 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm, which could delay site progress by 20 to 25 days.
9. Site Visits in Pune:
   • Our charges include 3-4 site visits in Pune. Additional site visits beyond this allocation will be charged at Rs. 5000/- each.
10. Life2home – Service and Warranty Policy:
    • First 2 Years: Free replacement of defective products (where applicable) subject to the individual product’s warranty.
    • After 2 Years: Customer bears the cost of labour and parts for any out-of-warranty service.
11. Warranty Handling:
    • Warranties are provided by Life2home and we facilitate coordination with vendors to ensure timely and effective support.
    • Manual Work: No after-sales support or warranty is applicable.
    • Out-of-Pune Projects: Warranty support is limited to 1 year.
